Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

  • The return request is submitted within 2 DAYS of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Provide photos or videos showing the issue.

  • We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

To initiate a return:

Refund Process

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

Cancellation Policy
